Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can continue providing reliable support to all of our clients.

  • We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a scheduled visit.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full cost of the scheduled visit, as we may be unable to reallocate the time.
  • If you no longer require ongoing support, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • If Vernies Home Care needs to cancel or rearrange a visit due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative visit.

We understand that emergencies can happen and will always consider exceptional circumstances with fairness and compassion. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact our team.

Refund Policy

Home Services

Fees are charged in accordance with the agreed support package and service agreement.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Overpayments identified and confirmed
  • Services paid for but not delivered due to Company cancellation

Refunds will not usually be issued for:

  • Cancelled visits without required notice as outlined in your service agreement
  • Services already delivered
  • Missed visits caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Invoice/payment reference
  • Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will usually be processed within 14 working days.
